SEEKER #1
The armature which supports the fabric is rusted Texas barbed wire. The breastplate that is suspended from the front of the armature is an arrangement of found objects collected on my travels throughout the country. All of the metal has been spray painted and/or hand rubbed with metallic paints to enrich its effect.
Each Seeker contains a hidden secret pocket for the owner's messages of intent, hopes or prayers. Additional, significant objects can easily be attached to the body. In these ways the owner collaborates with the artist in the on-going development of these pieces.
