10x10" FABRIC COLLAGES

Each 10x10x2" piece consists primarily of cotton, silk, and rayon fabrics; often hand dyed, silkscreened, and photocopied upon; and then machine-appliqued, quilted, and mounted on wooden stretchers like a painting. Frequently, found objects are then glued and/or sewn onto the pieces. They can be hung in any combination or configuration: ascend a staircase, hang enmasse on a curved wall.
